Nora Catherine Hart, MD ("Dr. Cathy Hart") earned her board certification in Family Medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine in 2001 and renewed her board certification in 2008.
Dr. Hart earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at the Self Memorial Family Practice program in Greenwood, South Carolina, where she was also elected Co-chief Resident during her third year. She has been practicing Family Medicine for nearly 10 years, first in New Jersey and most recently at Sadler Clinic in Conroe, Texas. Why Dr. Hart likes being a physician Dr. Hart chose Family Medicine because she enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients. She likes helping people make good choices for their health as well as treating men, women, and children for a wide range of medical conditions. Cathy Hart is also interested in mental health problems such as depression and anxiety, and finds great satisfaction in helping her patients with their emotional health concerns. Dr. Hart works hard to make her patients her partners in their health care and believes that she is an educator as much as she is a physician. Her philosophy as a doctor is to treat the whole person, and to get to know her patients as people. |
